Sales Support


Work Scopes And Responsibilities

  • Market and promote public workshops through telephone call to existing and potential clients
  • Plan and coordinate weekly sales calling activities
  • Build strong relationship with existing and potential clients by providing necessary event information, handling queries and service support activities
  • Communicate and correspond courteously with all existing and potential clients by telephone, fax and email
  • Speak positively and enthusiastically about the organization, products and services and projecting a professional branded organization at all times to existing and potential clients
  • Visitation to existing and new clients with business development team is expected from time to time as part of “Public Relationship / Getting to know the Customer” initiative.

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

  • Possess good oral communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Pleasant voice and the ability to handle a good phone conversation
  • Develop a good knowledge of the organization businesses and training products
  • Possess drive, motivation, attention to details and the patient to work through with existing and new clients during the sales cycle
  • Possess a lively and cheerful personality, can work well with all types of customer and is a customer oriented person
  • Able to conduct selling activities through telephone
  • Can work independently with initiative
  • Basic knowledge in the use of word processing and presentation software

Work Scopes And Responsibilities

  • Require to develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income to an agreed set target invoice revenue
  • Present management related products and services to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails
  • Make arrangement for Senior Consultants to conduct group presentation to senior management team of potential clients
  • Manage a given set of key customer account to achieve high customer retention and generate more new businesses

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

  • Possess good business sense
  • Able to articulate and communicate well in English
  • Ability to carry out presentation using communication tools like Microsoft Powerpoint presentation to potential clients
  • Develop a good knowledge of the organization businesses, products and services
