The conventional approach to set targets for a certain type of measure can be rigid and very limited.

💡 Take for example, Timely Delivery – Work. The standard approach is to measure out of the total work, how many of the work needs to be completed on time.
💡 If the total work is 24 and what if Meet Target is set at 100% (24/24)? It is then not possible to set Stretch Target and High-Performance Target as there are only 24 works.

How do we overcome this problem? 🤔

The use of Plus Factor allows users to set Meet Target at 100% and at the same time, to meaningfully set Stretch Target and High-Performance Target.
📌 It gives the user the possibility to incorporate new factors for consideration in quantifying the result other than completing on time.
📌 This approach is also very useful especially for those in managing various projects.
