Basically, anyone can develop KPI. The problem is that many developed KPIs are meaningless and cannot be quantified. In fact, having a poor quality KPI is even worse than having no KPI. This is one of the reasons why people said that KPI does not work for them. The main issue is that the way organization goes about developing KPI is not done in the correct and sequential approach. It is crazy to even just ask what are your KPIs.

In this session, you will learn why Key Focus Area (KFA) is an effective sequential approach to help your human capital to develop meaningful balanced KPIs and to achieve clarity on what is expected of them in driving their performance. At the same time, you will also learn the inter-relationship between KFA and KRA (Key Result Area) and how objectives can be established.
